Queue and Unqueue functions are supported in both user and kernel level
click. In short, you don't need to do anything special to use them. However,
do set any flags related to Wireless in the CLICK readme.

Also, the fucntions can be used with most other elements including those
that read from the interface (FromDevice) or from an application running on
the Linux host (FromHost).
