Hi Tripti,

 I used Evalvid.http://www.tkn.tu-berlin.de/research/evalvid/

Its a open source tool that has a streaming server and a few tools to
calculate PSNR,mos etc for measuring video quality.

You can stream mpeg,h264 coded videos. I hope this helps.
