Dear ORBIT Users,

The careful might have noticed that we have postponed automatic deletion 
of a lot of image files for more than a week, as we saw a high number of 
(more than expected) unclaimed images still on the disk of repository2. 
Attached to this email, you will find the list of images that are last 
modified more than a year ago and are definitely scheduled for deletion 
tomorrow, Jul 10, 2009, Friday, 17:00 ET. This is the last reminder for 
those owners of the unclaimed images. Earlier email pasted below has the 
instructions to claim an image. Thanks for your cooperation, and we 
apologize for filling your Inbox with another e-mail on this subject.

Dear All,

We are fast approaching the limit of our courtesy image storage capacity
(1.2TB), and ask a minute of your time to do a cleanup of your stored
ORBIT disk images by following below easy three steps:

STEP 0 - login to repository2.orbit-lab.org (thru gw.orbit-lab.org) and
find your stored image files under /export/orbit/image and
/export/orbit/image/tmp folders.

STEP 1 - keep only the ones you absolutely use actively, and delete the
ones that were meant to be there temporarily to begin with. Please
consolidate images that are a 'small-configuration-file' different than
the others.

STEP 2 - for those you want to keep, update their 'last changed time' by
using the command:

   touch <image_file.ndz>

on every file. This way, we will know that those files have recently
been used, and won't schedule them for deletion.

OPTIONAL STEP - You can optionally change the name of the file to
reflect your username and other details you'd like:

   mv <old_file_name.ndz> <username_more_info.ndz>


The automatic deletion of the files older than *one year* and *not
claimed* as outlined above is scheduled for Wed, Jul 1st, 2009, 11:59PM
ET. Please let us know if you are having any difficulties in claiming
the files you want to keep. Thanks for you cooperation.
