[orbit-user] Unable to login to any Sandbox

Hi Ivan

At around 5.30 - 6.00 pm today, there was an outage on gateway and I
couldn't login to it. Five minutes later gateway came up and was
accessible but none of the Sandboxes (SB3/SB5) or USRP2 host machines
(10.10.21.1/2) are accessible from the gateway since then.

I couldn't see any maintenance scheduled for this time.
