    105  1. Install the wireless cards onto the motherboard first as it may be difficult to reach once the motherboard is in the case.
    106   * Make sure to install any pigtails at this time as well
    107   * check sections below for which cards and which antenna cables are needed.
    108  2. Assemble the mother board:
    109   1. The Mother board should be aligned with the screw holes so that the headers point away from the vent hatching on the u channel.
    110    * The orientation of the screw holes on the chassis is very specific.
    111   2. Once aligned use the 1/2" screws to secure the mother board.
    112  3. Install Power supply:[[BR]][[Image(CasePowerMotherB.jpg, 300)]]
    113   1. Separate the yellow/black 4 pin plug from the rest of the cables
    114   2. Slide in the power supply into place, while threading the black/yellow 4 pin header below the CPU heat sink.
    115    * It's important to thread the wire below other wise it will get stuck in the CPU fan.
    116    * The power  supply will be secured to rear face plate when it is installed.
    117    * The power supply is not attached to the main U chassis however it must be inserted before installing the rear cap.
    118   3. Connected the 24 pin ATX power headers.
    119   4. Connect 4 pin plug it to the extra power header behind the PS/2 keyboard/mouse riser.
    120  4. Assemble the rear cap:[[BR]][[Image(SerialFront.jpg, 300)]]
    121   1. Pass one end of the serial cable through the mother board face plate opening
    122   2. Place the cable in the cut out on the top of the face plate opening.
    123   3.  Attach the mother board face plate to the opening on the rear face plate cap, locking the serial cable into the designated opening.
    124    * The face plate should be mount so that it is open on the right side (to allow for a expansion card) and closed on the left (as close to the power supply opening as possible). Install the end of the serial cable that is later attached to the CM at this time as well, as it gets threaded through the faceplate.
    125  5. Mounting the rear cap on the U channel Chassis:[[BR]][[Image(FrontFace.jpg, 300)]]
    126   1. Fasten the rear cap  with 2 of the 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws on the bottom of the U chassis.
    127   2. Use two of 100 degree screws and attach the bottom holes power supply to the rear cap.
    128   3. Use the 6-32 1/4" pan head screw to fasten the top of the power supply (near the 3 prong power header) to the rear cap.
    129   4. Bolt all the SMA headers to the face plate. The header position convention used is found in the sections below depending on which cards are installed.
    130  6. Install the CM as directed by [wiki:Hardware/hNodes/cNodeVer3/dAssembly/bCM here].
    131  7. Attach and Wire the hard drive:[[BR]][[Image(DiskStandOff.jpg, 300)]][[Image(DiskBackPlate.jpg, 300)]][[Image(DiskWire.jpg, 300)]]
    132   1. attach the M3 5mm hex stand offs to the hard dive using the bottom holes.
    133   2. Align the female end of  stand offs with the holes on the right side of the front face plate (facing front)
    134    * The face plate should be oriented so that the cm holes are in the upper left corner.
    135    * The drive should be on the "inside" of the chassis and SATA header should point to the left (towards the center of the case).
    136   3. Fasten the disk, stand off assembly to the face plate with the M3 5mm pan head screws.
    137   4. Attach power and SATA cables to the drive.
    138    * When attaching the SATA cable to the mother board, use the header closest to the CPU (SATA1)
    139  8. loop the Velcro strap through the holes on the bottom:
    140   1. Tie down all the loose wires. This prevents stray wires from getting to close to the CPU fan.
    141  9. Mount the rear face plate:[[BR]][[Image(BackPlate.jpg, 300)]]
    142   1. Use the three 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws to attach the front face.
    143    * use only the 2 side and bottom screw holes
    144    * the top of the face plate will be attached to the top cover
    145  10. Attach the Top Cover[[BR]][[Image(TopCover.jpg, 300)]]
    146   1. Use the remaning screws to attach the top cover.
    147    * The rear of the top cover should go below the cap.
     84  11. Unplug SSD power (''Prevents damage to ssd connector'')
     85  12. Secure all cable with velcro tie.
     86  13. Reattach SSD power.
     87 6. Vampire Clips
     88  1. Tease out (1) purple wire and (1) black wire from 24 pin cable, near connector.
     89  2. Take (1) twisted vampire cable for CM3, and untwist about 1 inch from loose end
     90  3. Take (2) vampire clips, and attach as follows
     91  4. Clip open side of vampire clip onto purple wire, with opening of blind hole facing upwards
     92  5. Insert red wire into hole of vampire clip
     93  6. Making sure both wires are fully seated in clip, carefully push metal tab in with vice grips. Make sure not to pinch a wire with the pliers.
     94  7. Make sure wires are secure by gently tugging, metal tab should be nearly flush.
     95  8. Clip cover over vampire clip
     96  9. Clip open side of vampire clip onto black wire, with opening of blind hole facing upwards
     97  10. Insert black wire into hole of vampire clip
     98  11. Making sure both wires are fully seated in clip, carefully push metal tab in with vice grips
     99  12. Make sure wires are secure by gently tugging, metal tab should be nearly flush.
     100  13. Clip cover over vampire clip
     101 7. Cables
     102  1. Attach (1) Short, locking SATA cable to port 1 on Mobo (''Marked on board next to ports'')
     103  2. Attach SATA cable to SSD, making sure it bends smoothly, and doesn't protrude too high.
     104  3. Attach (2) 2 pin cables for CM3 to motherboard (''Image'')

     107  1. Take (2) right angle brackets, and orient so that the long side faces you. Flip them around to make sure you have the correct side.
     108  2. Attach the long side to the top of the CM with (2) 4-40 CM pan head screws
     109  3. Use the 3/16 socket to remove the (2) lugs from the CM serial port.
     110  4. Place CM in case, network port facing up.
     111  5. Secure the CM to the case with the (2) 4-40 CM 100 degree screws
     112  6. Connect 2 pin power switch cable from motherboard to CM (''Labeled on CM'')
     113  7. Connect 2 pin reset switch cable from motherboard to CM (''Labeled on CM'')
     114  8. Connect 4 pin floppy connector to CM
     115  9. Connect 2 pin Vampire cable to CM
     116  10. Connect Serial cable to motherboard port and CM, routing away from heatsink.

     119  1. Attach needed antennas to mini pci and mini pcie cards
