    43  1. Attach the minicpie and pcimcia cards to the mother board. Connect all the pig tails and ensure they are facing the rear (side with the risers) of the motherboard.
    44  1. The mother board should come out of the static bag fully assembled. The orientation of the screw holes on the chassis is very specific. The Mother board should be aligned with the screw holes so that the headers point away from the vent hatching on the u channel. The portion of the chassis with the headers sticking out of it is the rear of the node. Once aligned use the 1/2" screws to secure the mother board
    45  1. The power supply sits in the open area to the left (looking at the rear) of the mother board. It will be secured to rear face plate when the it is installed. The power supply is not attached to the main U chassis however it must be inserted before installing the face plate. The power headers should be connected at this point. When sliding the power supply into place, separate the yellow/black 4 pin plug from the rest of the cables and thread it below the cpu heatsink (it's important to thread the wire below other wise it will get stuck in the cpu fan). Connect 4 pin plug it to the extra power header behind the PS/2 keyboard/mouse riser.
    46  1. Attach the mother board face plate to the opening on the rear face plate cap. It should be open on the right side (to allow for a expansion card) and closed on the left (as close to the power supply opening as possible). 
    47  1. Mount the rear cap on the U channel Chassis. Fasten it with 2 of the 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws on the bottom. Next use two more of 100 degree screws and attach the bottom holes power supply to the rear cap. Use the 6-32 1/4" pan head screw to fasten the top of the power supply (near the 3 prong power header) to the rear cap. Bolt all the sma headers to the face plate. The convention used is that header 1 of the wimax card goes to the left most (closest to the power supply) hole. header 2 immediately to the right of connector 1. Finally, the !WiFi header of the 802.11 card goes to the right most hole.
     46 1. Assemble the mother board:
     47  1. Attach the minicpie and pcimcia cards to the mother board.
     48  1. Connect all the pig tails and route the wires to the right side (facing the rear) of the motherboard.
     49  1. The mother board should come out of the static bag with cpu and memory installed. The orientation of the screw holes on the chassis is very specific. The Mother board should be aligned with the screw holes so that the headers point away from the vent hatching on the u channel.
     50  1. Once aligned use the 1/2" screws to secure the mother board.
     51 1. Install Power supply:
     52  1. The power supply sits in the open area to the left (looking at the rear) of the mother board.
     53  1. Separate the yellow/black 4 pin plug from the rest of the cables
     54  1. Slide in the power supply into place, while threading the black/yellow 4 pin header below the cpu heatsink.
     55   1. It's important to thread the wire below other wise it will get stuck in the cpu fan.
     56   1. The power  supply will be secured to rear face plate when it is installed.
     57   1. The power supply is not attached to the main U chassis however it must be inserted before installing the rear cap.
     58  1. Connected the 24 pin atx power headers.
     59  1. Connect 4 pin plug it to the extra power header behind the PS/2 keyboard/mouse riser.
     60 1. Assemble the rear cap:
     61  1. Pass one end of the serial cable through the mother board face plate opening
     62  1. place the cable in the cut out on the top of the face plate opening.
     63  1.  Attach the mother board face plate to the opening on the rear face plate cap, locking the serial cable into the designated opening.
     64   1. The face plate should be mount so that it is open on the right side (to allow for a expansion card) and closed on the left (as close to the power supply opening as possible). 
     65 1. Mounting the rear cap on the U channel Chassis:
     66  1. Fasten the rear cap  with 2 of the 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws on the bottom of the U chassis.
     67  1. Use two of 100 degree screws and attach the bottom holes power supply to the rear cap.
     68  1. Use the 6-32 1/4" pan head screw to fasten the top of the power supply (near the 3 prong power header) to the rear cap.
     69  1. Bolt all the sma headers to the face plate. The header position convention used is:
     70     1. Header 1 of the wimax card goes to the left most (closest to the power supply) hole.
     71     1. Header 2 immediately to the right of header 1.
     72     1. !WiFi header of the 802.11 card goes to the right most hole.

    5681 1. Attach the M3 5mm hex stand offs to the hard dive using the bottom holes. Align these stand offs with the holes on the right side of the front face plate (facing front), make sure to orient the drive so that the header point to the left (towards the inside of the case). Fasten the disk, stand off assembly to the face plate with the M3 5mm pan head screws.
    5782 1. Attach requite power and sata cables. When attaching the sata cable to the mother board, use the header closest to the CPU (sata1)
    58  1. Mount the rear face plate using the three 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws on the sides and bottom.   
     83 1. Mount the rear face plate using the three 6-32 1/4" 100 degree screws on the sides and bottom.
     84 1. loop the velcro strap through the holes on the bottom (near the front face), tie down all the loose wires. This prevents stray wires from getting to close to the cpu fan.
    5985 1. use the remaning screws to attach the top cover. The rear of the top cover should go below the cap.
